Meet Our Dedicated Chaplain
Titilayo Awoniyi is a remarkable chaplain who has dedicated her life to providing spiritual care and support to patients and staff in Amazed Group Care. Born and raised in Nigeria, she is a resilient woman who has faced life's challenges with grace and unwavering faith. A quadriplegic and wheelchair user, Chaplain Titi brings a unique perspective to her role, offering empathy and understanding to those she serves.
Her journey to becoming a chaplain began with her deep commitment to her Christian faith and a desire to help others find hope and meaning in difficult circumstances. Despite the physical challenges she faces, Chaplain Titi pursued her calling with determination, earning her qualifications and training in pastoral care.
In her work, she provides comfort, guidance, and spiritual support to patients. Her own experiences with disability give her a profound ability to connect with patients on a personal level, offering them not only spiritual guidance but also a sense of understanding and solidarity.
Beyond her work with patients, Chaplain Titi is a source of strength and encouragement for Amazed Group Care staff. She understands the emotional toll that working in a Group Care can take and is always ready with a listening ear and words of comfort.
